  It is easy to add or delete events or change information
  events are listed 4 ways
    day order
    weekday order (like promenader)
    month calendar presentation
    by club (linked to from clubs page
  All events have clubs, caller, cuer, venue, time, flags, eventname, flyers
    I can add flyer links to any dance - I prefer .pdf files but will convert from other formats if I can
    I can add flags if you tell me - otherwise I will copy them from the promenader when I get it

I need accurate information to put on web site - three dances currently scheduled on Thanksgiving
  Under "clubs" there is a link to the schedule for each club.
  Each club should check this schedule for accuracy.
  I need accurate location information - please check location maps on the club page

Master calendar is what is on the web - I only record - I do not assess priority or resolve conflicts

The more information I have on a dance the more information I will post
  It is easy to associate a flyer for any dance (I prefer .pdf but will convert from other formats).

What are "special" dances?
  Currently those listed in promenader as a special event
    Is this the correct criterion?
