If you don't want to miss out on the fun at the 48th Dance-A-Rama festival on Labor Day weekend in Indianapolis, there are three deadlines you need to know. August 1 is the last date to register for the Dance-A-Rama before the price increases by $5.00 per person. To get a room at the Westin Indianapolis Hotel you need to book your room by August 8 to make sure of receiving the discounted price. (After that, the Westin does not have to honor our special price.) If you want to book any tours, the deadline is August 26. (The tour sign-up deadline given on the Registration Form/Flyer, July 14, was incorrect.)
We hope you are planning attend the DAR and have your dancer friends join you there. ALL dancers, whether couples or solos, are welcome! Just look at what we have to offer! We have a great line up of callers (Tom Miller, Mike Hogan, Tim Tyl, Tom Davis & Travis Cook and cuers (Phyllis Burdette, Cathy Fisher & Pauline Angress). There will be five different halls and none of the dancing will be on carpet. There will be square dancing programmed for you whether you dance Mainstream, Plus, DBD, A1 or A2. There will be rounds from levels II through V or VI. Also, there will be line dancing and after parties led by Doug & Donna Riley. All of the halls are on the same level; and if you stay at the host hotel, you will be close to the action. We are offering five terrific tours, and we will have a clothing vendor and badge vendor. If you haven’t sent in your registration, signed up for tours, or made reservations at the Westin Indianapolis, NOW is the time to act so you will not miss out on the fun.
